About
Hi, I’m Brian. I’m a user experience designer and strategist. My work places an emphasis on design, simplicity, and usability.
I belong to the Interaction Design Association and Refresh Seattle, and am an invited member of the W3C HTML Working Group. My inspiration comes from places like 37signals, A List Apart, Jakob Nielsen, and Vitamin. I have a B.A. in American Literature from the University of Maryland.
I live in Seattle, WA with my wife Jessica and dog Cooper. In my free time I enjoy running, making smoothies, and listening to independent music. Before I attached myself to a computer, I worked in a cheese puff factory, a Ramen Noodle plant, and a cardboard box warehouse. Seriously.
